Chris Magee

Founder & CEO

A seasoned technology professional and business value driver, boasting over two decades of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, and state-of-the-art technology across various ventures.

As a client-centric business leader, Chris possesses a sharp understanding of the entertainment and technology market’s trajectory. He has founded or co-founded three tech companies specializing in cutting edge technology & software and, over time, created value in these organizations, leading to one being acquired for $26 million in 2021.

Following the acquisition, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Engineering for a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ. Additionally, he held a key role as a technical decision-maker in a Leadership Forum, collaborating with prominent companies in the gaming center industry to help guide the sector's direction.

Andy Finlay

VP of Technology

Andy Finlay brings over 20 years of experience in the IT industry and thrives in the rapidly shifting landscape of digital technology - specializing in the planning and implementation of highly scalable, secure and performant software. Most recently, Andy played a pivotal role in building an esports technology company into an industry-leading multi-million dollar business as the head of the development and infrastructure team.

Ross McClintock

VP of Product

Ross led the development and product vision of ggCircuit products from conception to world leading product with over 3.5 million users, building a world class team along the way. Ross currently leads the development and product vision for Diverted River while overseeing all other product development at Velocity 42.

Joshua Zaporta

VP of User Experience

With 8 years immersed in product design, Joshua seamlessly melds user-centric design with a sharp business vision. Specializing in crafting wireframes, design systems, and high-fidelity prototypes, Joshua has an impressive track record, with one of his products engaging over 3.6 million users. Collaborating closely with Product Direction and Development teams, he ensures every design transcends mere aesthetics—it becomes a strategic business asset.
